          Simple installation to existing relay control.  Eliminates slow flow

            problems caused by thermal contraction by keeping line pressurized.

  Provides electronic overfill protection for above ground storage tanks.  For tanks that are filled by

  a stationary electric pump.    Does not interfere with flow capacities of pump.  Allows evacuation of

  transfer hose after shut level sensor has turned off pump.

            Positive pump shutdown with mechanical leak detectors

  Provides precision electronic line leak detection by continuously monitoring line pressure.

  By using existing power lines for communication, no addition wiring is necessary.
